We had a conference call with the president of my company today...Here are a few things he said that stood out to me:
- Surround yourself with people as smart as you or smarter.
- People are going to guide you, your decisions, steps, process…and that's okay.
- It’s never your strength that makes a situation better, it’s how you overcome your weaknesses.
