Cave
Dark.  Black.  Endless.
Absence of light.

Wet.  Damp.  Cold.
Trapped in a hole.

Rocky.  Slippery.
Jagged.  Rough.
Can’t fit footing.

Flat.  Pointy.  Hard.
Surrounded by rocks.

Misty.  Quiet.  Fresh.
Other senses engaged.

Smooth.  Textured.
Strong.  Enduring.
Found firm footing.
